Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai becomes corona infected, Delhi visit canceled

  Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has tested positive for coronavirus.He himself gave this information on Saturday.The CM said that he has been infected with Kovid-19 and has developed mild symptoms.Bommai has also canceled his visit to New Delhi. 

Bommai said that he has been quarantined at home.He tweeted, 'I have been found infected with Kovid-19 and I have mild symptoms.I have quarantined myself at home.People who came in contact with me in the last few days, please quarantine themselves and get corona tested.My visit to Delhi has been cancelled.

go to New Delhi on Saturday to attend the meeting of the National Committee of 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' and the Governing Council of NITI Aayog.He was also expected to meet the BJP national leadership and hold talks regarding the recent developments in Karnataka and preparations for the 2023 assembly elections.Bommai had attended several meetings and events on Friday.

19,406 new cases of corona have
come to the country It has come down from ₹35,364 to 1,34,793.The death toll has increased to 5,26,649 due to the loss of 49 more patients from Corona.At the same time, the number of active patients is 0.31 percent of the total cases of infection, while the national rate of recovery from Kovid-19 is 98.50 percent.
